For about 8 months I have had no spontaneous thoughts, no inner monologue, no emotions (anhedonia). My mind feels completely blank – I only react to the environment. ... treated with haloperidol, risperidone, currently cariprazine 6 mg ... no thoughts, no emotions ... even during periods off medication, symptoms stayed the same
