“July of 2011 I woke up with “a blank mind” OVERNIGHT… having your head empty with pressure all the time with horrible memory and no energy, lack of feeling emotions… Emotions dulled. Can't feel the full feeling of happiness or love… loss of internal monologue… Surprisingly weed did lift it once. nothing has changed besides me sleeping at night with medication.”

Cause

overnight onset July 2011 of blank mind; cause unknown at onset. Later diagnosed depression/anxiety; long list of psych meds taken *during* the blank-mind years (prozac, lexapro, wellbutrin, zoloft, klonopin, remeron, trazodone, risperidone, seroquel, effexor) — not claimed as the trigger. Mild OSA. Weed lifted it once.

from Jul 2011 through Jul 2016 posting (~5 years); still ill at last OP content

Recovery notes
