I've also got no emotions since developing these symptoms. Sometimes my mind goes blank, but it's not consistently like that. I am consistently numb, though, and have memory troubles also.
Cause
traumatic events in 2014 and 2015; diagnosis complex PTSD
Duration
from ~2014/2015 through at least March 2023 (~8 years)
Recovery notes
Neurofeedback, EMDR, and somatic therapies helped then reversed after stressors or protocol changes. Medication hasn't had a particularly dramatic effect. Tried low-dose naltrexone. Stressors shunt back to square 1.
