Cause

Schizophrenia/psychosis frame (Rein): attributes permanent blank mind + complete emotion loss to the illness itself; says emotion numbness came without medications (contrasts peers' med-side-effect reports). Chlorpromazine 100 mg/day reportedly did nothing for voices/feelings. Heavy delusional content (possession/aliens) accompanies the symptom report.

Duration

Condition onset ~Feb 2018 per records; blank mind developed after a delay (notes still had thoughts early on). Still blank+numb at Oct 5–11 2019 posts (~20 months). No later recovery update in Dec 2019 Wayback snapshot.

Recovery notes

Last known still mind almost constantly blank except voices/inserted thoughts; completely numb to games/films/music/sports. Explicitly self-labels 'blank mind + no emotions combo' and links DP forum threads. No OP recovery claim in archived thread.
