Cause

isotretinoin/Roaccutane (Belgium) Oct 2015–Jan 2016; 10mg then 30mg; quit early after overnight empty-head / unreal episode. Attributes blank mind + emotional numbness + anhedonia to Accutane; never had these before the drug.

Duration

~3 months off at 30 Mar 2016 posting (last pill ~Jan 2016); still ill; no later recovery update found this pass

Recovery notes

Age 21 student. Therapy not helping. Prescribed venlafaxine but afraid to take it. Asking Accutane long-term-damage thread for recovery steps. Physical sides secondary to mental. No recovery claimed.
