- Cause
- Pure-O OCD from age 25 treated with antidepressants and benzodiazepines (drugs not named). New 24/7 cluster replaced usual OCD (obsessions/anxiety gone). Poster does not isolate which drug; one reply suggested the meds.

- the past few months at posting, 24/7 (not episodic)
- Recovery notes
- Many doctors (endocrine, neurology, psychiatry) and tests; no explanation found. Asking if OCD can evolve into a very blank mind. Same-thread Tbrad12 (~2 years later) said the same exact thing (blank inside / nothingness) but too thin to log separately.
