- postpartum psychosis Rx: high-dose quetiapine (Dec–Mar) then risperidone; sertraline 4–6 weeks for anxiety — shutdown weekend coincided with sertraline; still on AP (switched to aripiprazole 10mg) with no improvement; poster unsure meds vs PPP recovery

- No day-to-day change at 4 months. Peer Maria (similar postpartum numbness) said gradual return over ~14–16 months to muted-but-not-blank emotions. DualFroth credited venlafaxine after MBU numbness. Antitodo said numbness lifted only after fully stopping antipsychotic (~1 month after quit).
