Cause: sertraline ~1 month in 2018; then many ADs/APs/mood stabilizers trying to reverse; attributes persistent state to sertraline/PSSD
Duration: ~5+ years ongoing; fully off drugs ~7 months at interview; prior long off-drug stretches unchanged
Recovery notes: Multiple clinicians; told it was depression needing more meds. Tried nearly all SSRIs, TCAs, mirtazapine, quetiapine, mood stabilizers, later Wellbutrin for anhedonia and zopiclone for sleep. No improvement. Family/girlfriend supportive.
