- sertraline/Zoloft 25mg x 2 months then PSSD; two COVID infections the prior year crashed slow healing (poster attributes to neuroinflammation)

- 2.1 years off Zoloft at posting; COVID crashes ~March and October of the prior year
- Recovery notes
- Small PSSD improvements then COVID twice worsened cognitive dysfunction and anhedonia, plus exercise intolerance and dizziness. Cognitive pole is brain fog/cognitive dysfunction, not classic empty inner speech. Same user posted earlier on r/PSSD (Mar 2026 snapshot) that anhedonia was way worse after COVID at 1 year 10 months off SSRI.
