- Cause
- fluoxetine/Prozac ~11 months (stopped ~Nov 2025). Same blank-mind state previously as a quetiapine side effect that resolved after stopping quetiapine; after Prozac it persisted off-drug
- Duration
- ~7 months off Prozac at posting; still blank-minded, foggy, not connecting emotionally
- Recovery notes
- Male, 37. Mood somewhat better than pre-Prozac anxiety/depression, but 'don't feel like myself.' No solution found. Contrast: quetiapine version of the state resolved on stop, Prozac version did not at 7 months.
