Duration: onset ~month 2 on drug; severe post-stop; housebound ~10 months by Jul 2018 (~age 20); still ill Feb 2022 (~4.5y) and Jan 2023 (~5.5y) with core symptoms
Recovery notes: Jul 2018 OP: blank mind + anhedonia/emotional blunting + DP. Feb 2022 (as Devolution2): still brain-fogged, on Brintellix for depression vs further emotional numbness; visual snow diagnosed; warehouse work. Jan 2023: coping better via short daily rowing/walking, simplified diet, friends — 'nowhere near cured'; genital numbness and other PAS symptoms persist. No claim that blank mind or emotional range fully returned.
